Sample Graphics & Captions
Hi, I’m Jane Doe. Welcome to my Instagram page. Here are three random facts about me:
I began painting when I was in middle school. My inspiration is my grandmother who painted as a hobby. She was really good, though, and could have made a living doing it had she had the right support network.
I studied at the Rhode Island School of Design.
I began my professional career using acrylic paint. Lately, I’ve been experimenting with blacklight paint and encaustic paint. I’m pleased with the look and plan to incorporate them more in the future.

James Doe has been painting professionally for the past 15 years. He specializes in single-person portraits and animals. James creates his paintings based on clients’ requests. As a consequence, some paintings are hyperrealistic while others are a bit more surreal.
James is self taught and started sketching when he was a child. He believes the eyes are the windows to the soul and all his human portraits and most of his pet portraits are focused on the face.

I’m sometimes asked what my favorite pieces are of all time. While that’s a bit like asking parents to name their favorite child, I’ve managed to narrow it down to these five.
Dying Chrysanthemums was my first big-time sale. It hung at the Name of Gallery in City before it sold.
Senorita was inspired by a trip I took to Spain. She reminds me a 19th century portrait.
Sunset at the Lake sold on consignment and was my first sale ever. It’s now hanging in someone’s lakefront vacation home.
Paint Thrown on Canvas gets its name because that’s what I did. It’s the first art piece I did as an adult, testing the creative waters.
Red and Orange Bliss also was an early piece. It was inspired by a summer day.
